I am thrilled to be part of the Key Nutrition family. A life long cardio addict, I love running, hiking, group fitness, and Yoga. About 10yrs ago, I became passionate about nutrition. Studying the latest fad diets, trying to find something that would be long lasting for me. Everything worked at first, but I couldn’t find anything really sustainable. Because everything I tried was a DIET. I wasn’t learning how food worked with my body to sustain life long results. Then I started learning nutrition and my body with Brad…and that changed my life forever. I was totally consumed with learning more. Reading everything I could get my hands on. And I knew I had to become a nutritionist. I became Pn1 certified and started working at Key.
I love helping my clients become empowered with stronger, healthier bodies. At Key Nutrition we don’t believe in diets because we promote lifestyle change that will keep you healthy and active forever. I strive to arm my clients with the tools to have continued success without me. Outside of nutrition I love hanging out with my 4 amazing and active kids and handsome hubby of 21yrs.
Being a mom of 3 boys (ages, 19, 17, & 12) and one little girl (age 4) keeps me super busy. As any mom knows, finding the time and energy to juggle everything can be hard. I decided I needed a change to make both my health and fitness a priority. I wanted to feel better physically, have fewer headaches, look my best and most importantly, have more patience and enjoy all things an incredible family brings. Once I felt these benefits, I knew that I had to share how I felt with others. I took the leap and received my PN1 certification. Now I get to work each day with amazing clients who want to feel and look their best just like I do. I love what I do and I love seeing others achieve their goals.
